How to rate Your School
To ensure our data is both reliable and up to date, we conduct regular well-being surveys, completed by current full time staff at the school.
We conduct our surveys once every two years to give schools time to digest the results and implement necessary changes in order to improve staff well-being.
When surveys are open, Happy Schools will notify your school, who will then be able to generate a one-time use token for each member of staff. You will need to enter your token code in order to complete the well-being survey. If you have not completed a survey for the current academic years then contact your school for your survey link and one time use token code.
If you cannot retrieve a token or survey link through your school then contact support@happyschools.co.uk requesting a token.
To provide a more robust and reliable set of results we carry out on-going surveys of former staff. If you are a former member of staff (within the past two years) and want to complete an exit survey please contact support@happyschools.co.uk.
